In the work of Mable McCloskey – Some Descendants of John Endecott, Governor of the Mass Bay Colony, she noted on p. 30, the existence of this important Endicott family Bible. Mabel goes on to show some of the notations in the Bible and mentions that its last known location in 1930 was in the possession of John A. Endicott, Flat Rock, Ind. John A. was a son of Thomas M. Endicott.
